For OPTIMAL HEALTH & WELLNESS we need BALANCE & more often than not if one aspect of our lives is out of balance, it will affect other areas
A fun exercise I do with clients is to rate each area on a scale of 1-10 which gives you a snapshot of what’s going well in your world and what may need more attention
